This article present possible problems and their solution.

The SPARQL construct parsing throws an exception

Normally it should be because your request is syntaxically incorrect. The grammar used for the parsing is the grammar referenced for SPARQL 1.1.

The SPARQL construct parsing does not throws an exception nu its parse result is incorrect

For the moment, some constructs are yet not supported in SPARQL requests parsing. It does not mean that the parsing will fail, but the result will be incorrect in these cases.
